Can a Tire be Tired?

This one I must admit it was inspired from a comment I received yesterday, asking me if a Tire can be Tired :-P
In this case I was trying to get some answers. I did not get any, however I think that on winter they are more tired than in summer. The time I was out at lying on the floor at -7°C for some minutes make me imagine that being out there every day should not be a nice work to do. Thanks God I am not a Tire!

Can a Plant be Tired?

Today While I was pouring some water on my favourite plant on the living room I saw a couple of "tired" leaves. some people say they are dead leaves but I mean, before being dead, do they have a tired state?

Never Never...

...Drive Tired.

If you are tired and you start to read, your eyes will close and you might fall asleep. No problem you might be at your bed, good night, enjoy your dreams I will see you tomorrow. BUT driving tired... might be no Tomorrow.

Tired Reading

How do you see when you try to read... and after a while you are feeling tired?
sometimes the letters start to move around, some are jumping and some others just dont stay in place. at last the eyes start closing and then you jump and wake up with the sound of the book fallin of into the floor. Or does this happens only to me?

This picture was achieved by having a relatively long exposure 0.7" while not using a tripod. so the movement of the letters is generated by the pulse of the hand not being able to mantain it stable. I must say I tried several times untill I got that they move... but not that much... I did not wanted them to be totally blurry but instead doubled and moved. just as I see them when I am reading tired.

How I did Macro

The picture of today is not exactly a Macro photography however it is regarding Macro Thema of the week. Some people was asking me how did I achieve to take them that close, or if I use specific lens for it. Therefore I decided to take a picture of my Macro Set-Up.

If some one is thinking that I am crazy because there are not so many posts in my blog asking that, well I must say that I have some followers that for a "unknown" reason, prefer to coment on the pictures via Facebook or email. So That's how I receive the questions about how to do it.

How_to_Macro

I posted in a previous day, that it was achieved by reverting the lens.
The trick for me was to find something to put below the lens that holds it in the same height that it would be if the lens was attached to the body.
In my case I found out that 16 Poker Cards, gave me this height. You can see them on the picture. And since the body and the lens are allready fixed. I was moving the object to find its focus.
On the bottom I have a white paper where I was writing down the distance where I need to put the object depending on the lens configuration I tried it with 18mm 35mm and 55mm.
If you have been looking the previous posts you will also find on the top the objects that were photographed on previous days.
